Muk Yan Jong

 

The infamous wooden dummy used by many Ving Tsun practitioners around the world. The use of the muk yan jong, or simply put "muk jong", is to aid in the better understanding of angles, positions, and footwork of the art. Here we have a young Grandmaster Ming Sam practicing on the muk jong in front of his sifu Grandmaster Moy Yat.
